Scaffvolt integrates lightweight polymer solar panels into temporary scaffold structures. The panels replace conventional safety nets and give the scaffold a second function: fall protection and local energy generation — with no extra footprint.

The generated power can be used directly on site or stored in a battery container. Scaffvolt helps reduce reliance on diesel generators and temporary grid connections.

## Polymer panels, storage and smart energy management

Scaffvolt consists of three working parts: lightweight polymer solar panels in the scaffold, on-site battery storage and a smart energy management system. Together they form a flexible energy system tailored to location, surface and demand.

### Solar panels

The lightweight polymer panels are integrated into the scaffold frame and replace traditional scaffold cloth or safety nets where possible — putting existing surface area to work.

### Battery storage

Generated energy can be consumed directly or temporarily stored in a battery container. Solar power remains available when the sun doesn't shine or demand peaks.

### Energy management

A smart EMS aligns generation, storage and consumption. The available solar energy is used optimally, reducing diesel or grid dependence.
